Ewa Zawadzka

Ewa Zawadzka is vice president, head of land and development for Poland. She is responsible for new investment opportunities through the development of planned and existing Prologis projects, and implementation of the company’s build-to-suit development program in Poland.

She joined Prologis in 2007 as leasing manager for Poland, responsible for marketing and leasing Prologis’ existing projects, and overseeing development management activities in Lower Silesia (Wroclaw region).

Prior to joining Prologis, Zawadzka gained experience in sales service, customer service and logistics working as head of logistic services in the CEE distribution center for FagorMastercook, part of the Fagor Group, a leading worldwide producer of white goods.

Zawadzka graduated with a master’s degree with a specialization in international trade from the Faculty of Economics and International Relations at the Wroclaw University of Economics, where she also completed the MBA and CCIM courses. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
