Prologis Park Prague-Airport hosts a unique mix of businesses in five buildings totaling 135,000 square meters. As well as facilities designed to enhance the wellbeing of its occupants through noise reduction and plenty of natural light and fresh air, all customers benefit from Prologis’ PARKlife concept – a range of services and amenities, backed by experienced in-house property management, which are designed to make their employees feel comfortable at work.

Now, three new customers are joining the Prologis family after signing lease agreements totaling 16,400 square meters, which will bring occupancy levels at the park back up to full capacity.

The new partnerships comprise the following:
- 8,450 square meters at Building 3 for Schenk Process, a German based international company focused on industrial weighing and feeding technologies, the conveyance and screening of bulk material and air filtration technologies;
- 5,400 square meters at Building 4 for Digital People, a specialized Czech clothing company with the European e-shop bibloo.cz;
- 2,560 square meters at Building 3 for MRKInvest, the operators of popular Czech e-shop Toto Nabytek, providing home furniture and kitchen units.
