Both buildings at the new Prologis Park Brno were subjected to several lease transactions so far that continue the impressive demand take-up. 4,600 square metres have been recently leased at the new Building 1 and more than 24,600 square metres of space assigned to new customers at Building 2 completed in October 2018.

The transactions comprise the following:

  • 7,900 square meters at Building 2 for Notino, the largest European online retailer of perfume and cosmetics based in Brno;

  • 5,500 square meters at Building 2 for Logflex CZ, a transport and logistics company; 108 Agency facilitated this transaction.

  • 6,200 square meters at Building 2 for ONIO, e-commerce company operator of several Czech specialized e-shops; 108 Agency facilitated this transaction.

  • 5,000 square meters at Building 2 for a global express delivery company. Cushman & Wakefield facilitated this transaction.

  • 4,600 square meters at Building 1 for XO Foods, an international food distributor. Colliers International facilitated this transaction.

This brings a varied mix of big box customers for Prologis' new site, providing prime location only 10 kilometers south of the Moravian metropolis!

And with the efficiently-operating sustainable facilities reflecting the most up-to-date trends of the logistics real estate market as well as the accompanying value-added services customers can expect at the park, the site is the top-notch place to run a business and to attract and retain qualified labor.

See with your own eyes that there is really something about Brno!
