Currently under construction - our 21,000 square meter speculative development at fully occupied Prologis Park Prague-Uzice in the Czech Republic is a great example of building the right market connections for our customers. This new facility creates high-quality space in one of the most desirable locations in the region. Excellent regional connectivity makes it an ideal distribution hub for domestic and international logistics services. The park benefits from easy access to the D8 – a major transport route between Prague, the German border and the international port of Hamburg – and fast and efficient access to Airport Prague Vodochody.

Building 4 will be completed in the second quarter of 2020 and it will offer flexible space solutions for all types of business – logistics/storage or production, with unit sizes starting at 4,500 square meters. The facility has further development potential for up to another 42,000 square meters, giving customers confidence that their expansion needs can be flexibly met.

The facility will be submitted for BREEAM “Very Good” accreditation and will also include all the now-standard features of Prologis buildings, such as smart metering for efficient energy use, LED lighting, environmental conservation and more.

Next to the superior location, the building’s technical specifications make it ideal for e-commerce, which continues to dominate the evolution of logistics real estate. It will be constructed with a clear height of 12 meters, enabling it to meet the increasing height demands of e-commerce and companies that hold large inventories of goods.
