Renata Michalczyk

Renata Michalczyk serves as vice president, head of property management Europe. As a member of the European Operations team, Renata holds overall responsibility for the local property management teams in each of the 12 European countries in which Prologis operates. This includes sharing best practices, ensuring efficiency and quality, people development, and overseeing the growing European capex programme.

Michalczyk joined Prologis in 2010 and most recently served as director property management Poland. She gained over 15 years of professional experience in real estate management working for Citibank and AIG/Lincoln (White Star).

Michalczyk graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Faculty of Management and Marketing, Warsaw School of Economics. She also holds a diploma in Property Management from the University of Ecology and Management.
