Marta Glinka

Marta Glinka is a director, Real Estate & Customer Experience Lead, Poland. She has 60 assets under management, representing approximately 2.0 million square meters.  

Glinka is responsible for property management in Poland and leads a team of thirteen real estate professionals. She is involved in all technical and commercial aspects of real estate management including facility management suppliers’ tenders, budgeting, assessing maintenance and utilities contracts, aligning strategy with asset management. She is also responsible for new technology and systems implementation into Prologis Polish portfolio as well as for transferring her knowledge onto the team. 

Glinka has 18 years of an extensive experience in property management. She started in 2000 as an assistant property manager and was promoted to property manager and then to senior property manager Poland in 2010. In 2016, she was appointed director of property management Poland. 

Glinka graduated from the Social Psychology Department at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and finished her postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a licensed real estate manager.
