Beata Czarnecka

Beata Czarnecka, as compliance director Central Europe in the Shared Service Center, oversees communication with local authorities, advisors, lawyers and local teams regarding all finance and compliance-related matters in the region. She is responsible for financial and tax reporting for Poland, as well as coordination of compliance and finance matters in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. She also supports all acquisitions and disposals, as well as fund contribution and rationalization projects, in Central and Eastern Europe.

Before becoming compliance director Central and Eastern Europe in 2016, Czarnecka held the role of accounting manager taxes and G&A/chief accountant Poland, overseeing all accounting matters in the country. She joined Prologis in July 1998 as a senior accountant. Prior to that, Czarnecka worked as an accountant for Menard Doswell & Co., where she was responsible for general accounting and reporting of the Polish portfolio.
